Annual is cheaper overall: £1,575 + VAT in one upfront payment (saves you another £262.50 vs monthly). Pick this if you've got the cash and you'd rather pay once and forget.

You commit to 12 months of subscription. Paid either monthly by card (£87.50 for 3 months then £175 for 9 = £1,837.50 + VAT) or in one annual upfront card payment (£1,575 + VAT). After 12 months the subscription rolls to monthly at £175 and you can cancel any time. We commit to the price; you commit to the year. Same way you'd buy phone, internet, plant hire, or vehicle leasing.
On the Monthly plan: the remaining months of

On the Annual plan: you've already paid for the year, so there's nothing further to pay — but the annual fee is non-refundable and your access continues until the end of the 12 months.

Stripe handles the card storage on PCI-compliant infrastructure; we never see your raw card details.
Yes. There's an auto-renew toggle on the sign-up page. Leave it on and your subscription continues at £175/month after the 12-month contract ends; turn it off and the subscription stops at the end of the term. You can change this any time from your account portal before the renewal date.
Every customer who signs up on or before 31 July 2026 gets a 30-minute video call with the founder, every month, for their first 6 months. We talk through how you're using it, what's annoying, what you want fixed or built next. You get real input on the roadmap; we get the signal we need to make the product better. Bookable via a calendar link sent in the welcome email.
After the 6 months, support continues by email. The calls are an introductory benefit, not a permanent feature — sunset because at scale we can't sustain them, and we'd rather be honest than promise something we can't keep.
